Using it
There is no on/off button on the L1. Everything happens in the free Infraway app, which takes about a minute to set up once.
Unpack it, charge it over USB-C with the included wall charger, and pair it with the app. You only do this once.

Start every day with Infraway belt, do my morning chair yoga. The days that I go hit golf balls or play, use for warm up. I believe that it is helping my recovery from knee replacement. That is because my exercise program of recovery needs help from sitting around too much after surgery.
I have had a fusion of L3, 4, 5, Pain from stenosis is gone but have muscle pain and spasms sometimes. This unit has reduced stiffness in my lower back and relaxes my back when it spasms. If you are suffering from lower back muscle strain and tension, I highly recommend you try the L1.

There are no instructions on how to connect the extension for bigger waists. I am not using it.
Product is great and does what I hoped it would. Wish the belt was a little sturdier as it is designed for comfort and it is but when golfing and in and out of the golf cart it rolls and moves. Great product and they will help many people with this.

The L1 goes to sleep after five minutes of inactivity to save battery. Give it a gentle shake to wake it and it will reconnect, which is easier to do before you put it on than after.
