The days that I go hit golf balls or play, use for warm up. I believe that it is helping my recovery from knee replacement.
That is because my exercise program of recovery needs help from sitting around too much after surgery.
I have had a fusion of L3, 4, 5, Pain from stenosis is gone but have muscle pain and spasms sometimes. This unit has reduced stiffness in my lower back and relaxes my back when it spasms. If you are suffering from lower back muscle strain and tension, I highly recommend you try the L1.
I’ve got 8 sessions on the L1 now, it’s deep, focused heat to loosen up your lower back. Easy to toggle the temperature and session time on the app. Product and service, both superb!

There are no instructions on how to connect the extension for bigger waists. I am not using it.

The battery runs out quicker than I would have expected. Having to shake the unit every time to get started is a hack. Not so technically thought out, it seems.

Easy to connect. Simple instructions. Heats up immediately. Wore it home for 30 minutes of driving time at 120 degrees. Really reduced lower back pain. Love it!
I use this product after my round of golf or after a gym session …. It keeps my back from getting stiff , very easy to use and keep a custom heat number on your back …
Only had for a few days. Heats up quickly but do wish the battery lasted longer. Forgot to charge so a session ended sooner than I wanted because I had to charge as the battery went to zero. Just need to build the habit of checking first and learning how much battery is used per session.
I really like it. It helps my hamstring injury that interferes with my sciatic nerve. I like it because I am a golfer and it helps loosen up my lower back in general if you wear it on occasion every day it helps with mobility.
Infraway and the team there has an amazing product and even better support and customer service. The L1 got delivered so fast and I have been using it religiously and has made the world of a difference with my low back problems!
I've had low back pain due to disc and structural issues between L4/L5 and L5/S1 for the past 13 years. I've struggled through the pain and tightness over these years in an attempt to stay active and to be able to play golf. I was given the Infraway as a member/guest tee gift and didn't think much of it other than as another "heating pad" but this one is just different. It has targeted and focused heat that hits exactly where you need it, and the red light seems to help with tightness and soreness - I wear it to warm up, but also after any activity, or at the end of the day. It's been a great addition to my coping arsenal and has been a real game changer!
Separately, I had an issue with the heating pad wrap - the founder/ceo, Max, personally corresponded with me and resolved the issue immediately. That type of personal attention to any issue, no matter the size, is how customer service is done correctly and how a business should be run! I highly recommend this product, and his company!
A bold statement but in short, a miracle! My lower back was bad from a recent injury. A day after I used the product, I was almost 100% better; able to walk without pain.
