Using it
There is no on/off button on the L1. Everything happens in the free Infraway app, which takes about a minute to set up once.
Unpack it, charge it over USB-C with the included wall charger, and pair it with the app. You only do this once.
Put it on your lower back, set the exact temperature and the exact duration in the app, and press start. Wake it with a gentle shake if it has been sitting.

The L1 goes to sleep after five minutes of inactivity to save battery. Give it a gentle shake to wake it and it will reconnect, which is easier to do before you put it on than after. If it is still slow, quit the app and reopen it. If that does not work, email hello@theinfraway.com and we will troubleshoot with you.
