Who the extender is for

The standard L1 wrap fits a 25 to 40 inch waist. If it does not reach comfortably around yours, the extender adds the length so it does, up to 60 inches. Nobody should be left with a device they cannot fasten.

Do I need to already own an L1

Yes. The extender adds length to an L1 wrap. It is not a device on its own and does not heat by itself.

How many can I get
