Most users prefer 120°F–130°F for recovery and maintenance, while 125°F–140°F is ideal for warm-ups. Adjust based on what feels most comfortable for you.

How do I use the L1?

Secure the wrap, connect to the Infraway app, select your desired temperature and time, and wear it directly on your skin. Use it while moving or relaxing.

How long does the battery last?

Up to 120 minutes depending on the selected temperature. Higher settings (135°F+) will reduce battery life due to increased energy demands.

Most users will experience 80-100 minutes worth of use out of a single charge.

How do I charge the L1?
